مشروع انشاء جسر الرمانه الكونكريتي على نهر الفرات في مدينه القائم

الجسر عبارة عن 264 م.ط يتكون من 20 فضاء 

قطر الركائز المستخدمه 1.5م بعمق 30 م.ط

بعد ذلك يتم صب قبعات الاعمدة وتنصيب الروافد الكونكريتية وصب سطح الجسر 

الجهه المستفيدة الهيئه العامه للطرق والجسور

AL falahat city , the lenght of bridge 264 m including 11 spans each span 24 m ,

the work include construct bore piles , columns and prestress girders

جسر الصقلاوية احيل من قبل الهيئة العامة للطرق والجسور بعهدة شركة العابد العربي حيث تم البدء بأنشائه سنة 2008  وهو يربط بين طريق الفلوجة – رمادي وناحية الصقلاوية حيث يقع على نهر الفرات ويكون بطول كلي مقداره (264  م) ويتكون من (11  )فضاء وتكون المسافة بين الفضاءات ( 20 م)

 قيمه العقد 6350000000 د.ع

وتوجد في كل بير ثلاثة ركائز بعمق 35م حيث يتم حفر الركائز للعمق المطلوب ثم اعمال صب قبعه الركائز واعمال السقف والانهائات

ولا يزال العمل مستمرا فيه الى اليوم

الغرض من هذا المشروع هو انشاء شبكة الصرف الصحي في منطقة حي النزال حيث ان هذه المنطقة تعاني من تردي الخدمات والعمل يتضمن الحفر باعماق مختلفة والحدل الجيد تحت الانبوب ثم الدفن بطبقة من الحصى الخابط بسمك 20 سم وحدلها بشكل جيد ومن ثم مد الانابيب باقطار مختلفة ( 100 ، 200 ، 250 ، 315 ، 400 ، 500 ملم ) ، ودفن طبقة الحصى الخابط فوق الانبوب بسمك 20 سم مع الحدل اليدوي الجيد واعادة الاملاء بنفس التربة المحفورة مع الحدل الجيد وعند الوصول الى اخر طبقة يتم اعادة اكساء الشارع بالتبليط او الكونكريت وحسب ما كان موجودا قبل الحفر ، ويتضمن العمل ايضا انشاء مانهولات مختلفة الابعاد كل 50 متر طول تقريبا ، يوجد عدة لجان لمتابعة العمل المنفذ لضمان النوعية الجيده والمواصفات الهندسية المطلوبة .

Describe the project The purpose of this project is to make a full workable sewage system for Al-Nazal quarter , the work include excavation with different depths , compaction , filling with sub-base layer with compaction , installing pipes ( 100 , 200 , 250 , 315 , 400 , 500 mm), fill with sub-base second layer with compaction and the last stage is to refill with the excavated materials and paving ,the work include constructing different types of manholes nearly each 50 M.L, the total length of the project about 29000 M.L with service connections to the houses to serve about 29000 house, there is different committees inspecting our work and now we reached about 60 % from the project with high quality work.

الغرض من هذا المشروع هو انشاء اربعة مدارس نموذجية في مدينة الفلوجة ، المساحة الصافية لكل مدرسة هو 3000 م2 بطابقين متضمنه 24 صف دراسي ، مكتبة دراسية ، كافتريا ، مسرح بمساحة 200 م2 ، ملعب كرة سلة والكرة الطائرة ، بارك سيارات ومساحات خضراء .لقد عملنا بجهد متواصل لضمان النوعية بجوده عالية جدا وكان بناء هذه المدارس حسب المواصفات الحديثة وكانت هناك عدة لجان لمتابعة العمل في هذا المشروع لضمان العوعية وحسب المواصفات الهندسية ، لقد تم انهاء جميع الفقرات في هذا المشروع تقريبا وبنسبة انجاز 90 بالمية تقريبا لكل مدرسة والان العمل متوقف وذلك بسبب توقف تمويل هذا المشروع.

Describe the project this project intend to build new modern four schools in fallujah The school area about 3000 m2 with two floors for each schools contain of 24 classes and laboratories , library, cafeteria , theater ,basketball yard , park , green area inside the fence , we are now working real hard to make the quality of work on top as much as possible , we finished the footing item which contain of 450 m3 concrete for each school till  now and the work in progress , we gave progress of work sheet to our contracting officer and a set of drawings design ( structural , mechanical , electrical ) which is designed by our consultant  eng.we have four committees inspecting our work and we hope we will finish the work just in time

معمل الثرمستون التابع للشركة حيث نقوم بانتاج قطع الثرمستون وقوالب الثرمستون بمختاف الاحجام والقياسات والابعاد

كل المواد الداخلة في الانتاج محلية عدا مادة الالمنيوم استيراديه

المعمل ينتج 500 م3 من الثرمستون يوميا

مشروع مجسر الزهور AL-Zohoor intersection bridge

the bridge is about 480 m.l containing two types of piles ( 0.8,1.2)m in diameter

there are 14 piers and 13 spans ( 12 spans 20.1 m.l and the other 1 span 40 m.l )

there are three steel girder spans in this briges and we used ST-52 steel as specified in specifications

the pile cap dimentions 17.35*6.4*1.65 m

columns 1 m in diameter
